USITC Revokes Certain Antidumping Orders on Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip

On July 8, 2011 the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) determined to revoke the existing antidumping duty (ADD) orders on stainless steel sheet and strip from Germany (A-428-825), Italy (A-475-824) and Mexico (A-201-822). The revocations were made during the USITC’s five-year sunset review. However, existing antidumping orders on imports of stainless steel sheet and strip products from Japan, Korea and Taiwan will remain in effect. The USITC’s report will be available to the public after August 17, 2011.
