 Karen Lobdell is Director of Global Solutions at Integration Point and a Co-Chair for the Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of Customs & Border Protection (COAC).  Integration Point, Inc. assists international companies by providing import and export visibility globally, delivering up-to-date global regulatory information and facilitating connectivity to supply chain partners and government agencies around the globe.  Additionally, Ms. Lobdell is a current member of the Trade Support Network (TSN), serving on the Supply Chain Security Committee, as well as the International Trade Data Systems (ITDS) Committee.


Stephen Hilsen is Director of Trade Policy & Agreements with U.S. Customs & Border Protection.  In this capacity he is responsible for the development and oversight of CBP’s Trade Strategy, CBP trade program and performance measures, Trade Agreements program management and oversight and CBP’s international trade policy activities.  Mr. Hilsen has been with CBP for 25 years and during this time has served as Director of Trade Modernization, Director of Analytical Development, Special Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner of CBP, Preclearance Officer in Charge and International Trade Manager.  He began his career as a Customs Inspector on the U.S./Canadian land border.
