Tariffs Expected to Increase On Lists 1, 2, and 3 of Goods from China

The proposed increase in additional tariffs from 25% to 30% on $250 billion worth of imports from China is still anticipated to become effective on October 15.

List 1 – 818 tariff subheadings with an annual trade value of $34 billion

List 2 – 279 tariff subheadings with an annual trade value of $16 billion

List 3 – 5,733 tariff subheadings with an approximate annual trade value of $200 billion

Negotiations are scheduled for next week and may affect the date and rate of this change.  FHK will follow this and  keep you informed.
