REVOCATION OF ANTIDUMPING ORDERS FOR BALL BEARINGS FROM FRANCE, GERMANY AND ITALY

 

 

In today’s Federal Register the Department of Commerce (DOC) published notice of revocation of antidumping duty orders for ball bearings and parts thereof from France (A-427-801), Germany (A-428-801) and Italy (A-475-801) effective September 15, 2011. DOC has issued instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to terminate the suspension of liquidation of entries for the subject merchandise which were entered on or after September 15, 2011. Entries entered prior to September 15th will continue to be subject to suspension of liquidation and require the estimated antidumping duties be deposited.
