Preliminary AD/CVD Investigation of Certain

 Steel Wheels from China

The International Trade Commission (ITC) is commencing a preliminary antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigation to determine if there is material injury to an industry in the United States from imports of certain steel wheels from China.  The wheels are classified in 8708.70 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States and are alleged to be sold in the U.S. at less than fair market value and alleged to be subsidized by the Government of China.  Persons and organizations wishing to participate as parties in the investigations must file an entry of appearance with the ITC no later than seven days after publication of the notice in the Federal Register (Vol. 76, No. 65/Tuesday, April 5, 2011).
