ADDITIONAL EXCLUSIONS ANNOUNCED FOR SECTION 301 LISTS 1, 2, AND 3

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) released three notices granted September 17, 2019 allowing for more exclusions from the Section 301 additional 25% percent tariff.  The notice affects goods on List 1, 2, and 3 as follows:

List 1:  310 separate exclusions granted. 

These exclusions will be retroactive to July 6, 2018 and will be in place through September 20, 2020 and are to be claimed by using the new HTSUS subheading 9903.88.14

For List 2:  89 separate exclusions granted

These exclusions will be retroactive to August 23, 2018 and will be in place through September 20, 2020 and are to be claimed by using the new HTSUS subheading 9903.88.17

For List 3:  38 separate exclusions granted

These exclusions will be retroactive to September 24, 2018 (set to expire on August 7, 2020) and are to be claimed by using the new HTSUS subheading 9903.88.18
